These notes are excerpts from the Paint Creek bylaws – just a few reminders of the items which are intended to keep our association running smoothly.

  • Changes to the structure, garage, significant landscaping, erection of play structures, hot tubs, satellite dishes, etc must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee.

  • Pets are limited to two dogs or cats, and must be leashed while on the Common Elements. Homeowners are reminded to please clean up after your pets!

  • Units of the development, including their grounds, should not be used for storage of supplies or trash of any kind.

  • Trash should be stored in sanitary containers, and should be placed at the curb for collection on the day agreed by the association (currently Thursday). Containers should be placed and removed within 12 hours of the collection time.

  • No vehicles shall be stored overnight on the property except for those used for general personal transportation. All vehicles must be stored inside the garage during overnight periods. This includes all recreational vehicles such as boats, trailers, etc.

  • For sale signs should be of standard size and construction. All other signs are prohibited unless approved in advance.

  • All sites must be landscaped within 12 months of the certificate of occupancy.
